Zhen Ding Tech. Group includes Zhen Ding Technology Holding Limited which is Group’s first IPO company listed in TWSE（4958, Zhen Ding) in 2011, Avary Holding (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange (002938, Avary) in 2018, and Leading Interconnect Semiconductor Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. founded in Shenzhen 2019. Zhen Ding acquired BoardTek Electronics Corporation by share-swap in late 2020.Zhen Ding specializes in all types of printed circuit board (“PCB”), with early stage design-in, R&D, manufacturing and sales.

Yuan Ze University

Established in 1989, Yuan Ze University may be young by traditional standards, yet it has been recognized as a model for newly emerging universities within the shortest period. As the first and the only university to win the National Quality Award in 2003, Yuan Ze received an award from the Ministry of Education for the Teaching Excellence Project in 2005. Successively, it has been designated by the MOE as one of the top 12 universities in Taiwan, receiving an award for the “Aim for the Top University and Elite Research Center Development Project” since 2005. Granted with the highest honor in teaching, research and administration, Yuan Ze has become a marvel of higher education, in Taiwan.

Zhen Ding Tech. Group and YZU Joint Research and Development Center for Big Data

In order to enhance overall PCB manufacturing technology and human talent development in Taiwan, Yuan Ze University and Zhen Ding Tech. Group jointly established the "Joint Research and Development Center for Big Data." Zhen Ding Tech. Group will invest at least NT$30 million within five years, not only setting a new milestone in industry-university cooperation between the two parties, but also creating synergy to elevate Taiwan's PCB industry to a higher level of smart manufacturing. Through the joint execution of projects by both parties, a new generation of engineers with big data computing and artificial intelligence system research capabilities will be cultivated, and the professionalism of Yuan Ze University and the industrial experience of Zhen Ding Tech. will be closely combined to achieve the goal of integrating learning and application.
