In order to enhance overall PCB manufacturing technology and human talent development in Taiwan, Yuan Ze University and Zhen Ding Tech. Group jointly established the "Joint Research and Development Center for Big Data." Zhen Ding Tech. Group will invest at least NT$30 million within five years, not only setting a new milestone in industry-university cooperation between the two parties, but also creating synergy to elevate Taiwan's PCB industry to a higher level of smart manufacturing. Through the joint execution of projects by both parties, a new generation of engineers with big data computing and artificial intelligence system research capabilities will be cultivated, and the professionalism of Yuan Ze University and the industrial experience of Zhen Ding Tech. will be closely combined to achieve the goal of integrating learning and application.

• Introduce AI to the PCB industry entirely to create a fully artificial intelligence Internet of Things (AIoT) ecosystem to create fully automated factories by "Smart manufacturing" and "smart environmental protection".
• Provide scholarships to undergraduate, master's and doctoral students, as well as co-teaching with PCB industry experts to cultivate outstanding PCB talents.
